Wow!! I'm not sure. My first thought is Mattias, Kyrah, or Olivia. And Valentine.
Valentine is self explanatory. He's canonically the most insufferable person in New Bellevue. He canonically gets into fights on twitter for the love of the game. He's the type of guy to always go "Who cares" at every single moment. I'd literally hate my life if I had to be next to him.
Although Olivia would be lower because she's a child so I can't fault her completely and it's the fault of the environment. However she is like Really Transphobic despite being a little baby so like Yeah if I had to babysit her I'd hate my life Truly. Her brother is trans so it gets Uh Uh.. Awkward.
Mattias and Kyrah are still pretty high though. While I can understand Mattias knowing his upbringing That Would Be Spoilers, he is also an adult and was given several chances by his brother and other friends. Yet he actively refused to accept that what he's done is wrong. I do think he improves post deadmans syndrome, however that's still up in the air haha. Maybe I'll just make a different ending canon to fuck him over. But Yes, Mattias would be insufferable. Always hurting people and then refusing to admit to it. And then getting angry when people are upset at him.

Um. Misantroupe is in a funny spot. Lucie is a college student in the game and she is still a college student post-game. But Misantroupe is also (strangely) a prequel to Cedarpine. Which is current day.
So either stuff was VERY quick to happen or Misantroupe takes place maybe 2 years beforehand?
