The anxious part time office worker and full time librarian always seems to have some kind of annoyance following him. Due to their sheer stress of it all, Noe tends to make impulsive decisions on a whim.
Despite being a murderer, Noe has a strong moral compass and utterly despises being seen as a bad person.
They strongly believe the worst people in life need to be punished more severely,
and that they are not one of them.

"I-I wanted to buy some flowers for the library's windowsills. I heard about how... strange that guy is, but he's even worse! I don't... know what his problem was! I just wanted some flowers! I felt like I was going to lose my mind but I didn't want to... Nevermind."
Lucie
Lucie is Noe's blacklisted guest.
"...She never returns her books. She's banned but she keeps coming anyways. And my stupid supervisor won't do anything about it!"
